All orders received between 24 November to 25 December 2022 can be returned right up until 31 January 2023 in accordance with all returns policy details.

We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to us within 15 days with the exception of the extended Xmas returns period, see below*, You will receive a refund within 14 days of cancellation. * It is your responsibility to take care of the goods and they must be returned to us unused and in original packaging.

We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

Throws are an excellent way to help protect furniture and are also an attractive decorative accessory.

As with all fabrics, dark colours should not be placed against light colour fabrics/furniture to avoid risk of colour transference and therefore we do not recommend this in relation to any of our products We cannot accept responsibility for any damage that may subsequently result.

Cotton throws are particularly popular as a praciical as well as stylish way to both help protect furntiure as well enhance the look of a room as most of these are machine washable on a gentle 30 degree washing cycle. Customers with a growing family or pets often use throws as an easy and functional way to keep rooms looing fresh, clean and bright.

Wool throws and chenille throws are great for adding warmth and texture to the furnishing style of a room. They come in a varitely of colours and the wool throws come in a great range of checked and tartan patterns which look equally at home in modern room settings as well as traditional room styles.

Faux Fur and fleece throws are a must-have - they are wonderful to wrap in on the sofa or as an extra bed throw especially when the weather is cold and uninviting outside!!

You can choose from a wide range of sizes in throws. The extra larges sizes including 230x365cms and 250x350cms are great for giving extra coverage on a large 3 seater or 4 seater sofa. The smaller sizes 230x250cms and 250x280cms are popular for 3 seater sofas, 2 seater sofas and also double and king size beds and the 180x230cms size throws are usually used on armchairs and single beds. Many of the cotton throws come in colours available in all these sizes which can be very helpful particulary for 3 piece suites.

There is a very wide colour spectrum available in throws ranging from dark colours to bright and bold colours, to light and neutral shades. Dark colours such as black, brown, dark blue, dark green, grey, rust and plum add warmth or contrast to the decorative style of a living room or bedroom. Bright colour throws especially, red, teal and turquoise shades are fabulous as an accent or focal point in the decorative scheme of a room. Natural and neutral shades, including cream, white, beige, buttermilk, oatmeal and stone are all wonderful for creating light and a feeling of space to any room and are great choice for small spaces. Natural shade throws by virtue of their neutral tones, will blend and tone with any decor making them an extremely popular and versatile.

How can I make payment for my order?

Are all throws machine washable?

Most 100% cotton throws are machine washable, a gentle 30 degree cycle using non biological washing powder is recommended. Throws made from wool, faux fur, cotton chenille and any other fabrics may need to be dry cleaned, please check the cleaning instructions label before cleaning.

Do you have a shop?

We don't - When our business first started up over 20 years ago we we traded soley from retail premises. However with the advent of internet shopping, we transferred all our business online via our website. This means we can now offer our customers an even greater range of throws and other furnishings and all at discount prices.

Can I return my purchase for refund or exchange?

Certaninly you can - we are very happy to accept returned items for any reason as long as they are received back unused and in original packaging within 15 days. Once received back the simplest way is for us to refund the cost of returned goods for you and you can then go ahead and place a new order as required. Please note postage costs apply to all orders and are non refundable.
