If you would like your parcel delivery to be left on your doorstep or a designated area such as a porch, just let us know on the Special Instructions Box on the order form when placing your order and we will pass this on to the courier for you

If you have any special delivery instructions such as leaving goods in porch, garage or with neighbour etc - please give any special delivery instructions on the order from when placing your order. please leave also leave a note for the courier driver in the designated place authorizing him to leave goods there.
Delivery is within 5 working days*. please note christmas and new year holiday exceptions regarding delivery times as apbove.
We will notify you if your goods are not able to be despatched within this timescale,. the costs for delivery are shown depending on the shipping destination. any delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time. .
Please give any special delivery instructions on your order form if applicable. please note that instructions for goods to be left in any place where no one is available to sign for the delivery are entirely at the customer's own risk. we cannot accept responsibility for any theft, damage or loss that may subsequently occur.
If your order has not been delivered within 5 days of submission and no shipping detalis are shown on the order status, please contact us immediately so that we can trace and track the goods with the delivery service accordingly.
