Christmas and New Year 2024/25 Deliveries

We will be dispatching orders right up until Thursday 19 December 2024, 9am, in time for delivery before Christmas. Orders received after 9am 19 December 2024 up until 5 January 2025 will be dispatched week commencing Monday 6 January 2025.

Delivery is within 5 working days* (see Christmas delivery details above)- if you would like your parcel delivery to be left on your doorstep or a designated area such as a porch, just let us know on the Additional Delivery Instructions Box on the order form when placing your order and we will pass this on to the courier for you.

We would like to assure all of you that here at the Home Furnishings Company we are continuing to operate as normal and we are working together with our amazing suppliers and courier service to ensure all your orders are processed and dispatched as smoothly as ever while observing the new social distancing workplace measures.

The cost for postage and packaging to all UK mainland addressesy is a flat rate of £10 per order and £4.95 on orders under £14.95.

We can ship overseas - to euorpe, canada, united states, australia and new zealand - please contact us by phone or email info@thesofathrowcompany.com and let us know the items you would like and your delivery address - we use a very good and economical overseas shipping service and we will get the best possible rate for you

*Please give any special delivery instructions on your order form if applicable. Please note that instructions for goods to be left in any place where no one is available to sign for the delivery are entirely at the customer's own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for any theft, damage or loss that may subsequently occur.

*We will notify you if your goods are not able to be despatched within this timescale. Any delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time.

If your order has not been delivered within 5 days of submission and no shipping detalis are shown on the order status, please contact us immediately so that we can trace and track the goods with the delivery service accordingly.
